The LiuGong CLG933E excavator has six operating modes: full power, economy, high precision, crane, hydraulic hammer, and attachment. These modes optimize fuel consumption based on operating conditions.
The standard CLG933E excavator configuration includes:
- working equipment: 6200 mm boom, 3050 mm arm, 1.4 m³ (SAE heaped) bucket;
- 600 mm wide triple-grouser tracks;
- High-tech hydraulic equipment from Kawasaki (Japan): hydraulic pump, hydraulic distributor, hydraulic swing and travel motor;
- Nabtesco gearboxes (Japan);
- Cummins Tier II engine, manufactured by the LiuGong-Cummins joint venture in Liuzhou, China;
- Sealed cab with all-round visibility.
The standard machine weight is 31.8 tons.
In addition to standard equipment, the CLG933E excavator can be equipped with various attachments: a hydraulic hammer, grapple, ripper tooth, hydraulic drill, and hydraulic shears. The Quick Coupler (QC) system allows for quick attachment changes without the operator having to leave the cab.
For working in rocky terrain, undercarriage support roller guards can be installed. A screen can be installed to protect the cab windows when working with a hydraulic hammer or ripper. Options also include a rearview camera and an overload warning device.
