Our service engineers are qualified specialists with proven certification and experience working in Kazakhstan. They undergo regular training, including internships at factories:
- YTO Group Corporation (Luoyang, Henan Province, China)
- LiuGong (Liuzhou, China)
At the disposal of the service department:
- Modern equipment for accurate diagnosis and repair
- Fully equipped service vehicles
- Possibility of traveling to the farm for on-site service
We promptly eliminate technical malfunctions of any complexity — from routine maintenance to major repairs of units and assemblies.
🔩 SPARE PARTS IN STOCK
Own warehouses of original spare parts are located at the central office and branches throughout Kazakhstan. We maintain a constant stock of components for the entire range of equipment:
- YTO tractors
- LiuGong special equipment
- Attachments from Bolshaya Zemlya and other manufacturers
This allows us to guarantee minimal repair times and avoid downtime during the peak season.
📌 GUARANTEE
YTO tractors are covered by an official warranty of 2 years or 1,000 operating hours (whichever comes first). Warranty and post-warranty service is performed by certified ATM engineers who have been trained by the manufacturer.
LiuGong equipment is covered by a basic and extended warranty:
- 1 year or 2,000 operating hours — standard warranty
- Up to 2 years or 3,000 operating hours — when purchased with an extension
