Leasing of agricultural machinery

Industry Development Fund (Industry Development Fund JSC)

Operator of a leasing program for domestic equipment (tractors and combine harvesters up to 2 years old from the date of initial operation)

• Term up to 7 years
• Interest: 7% from the budget, 15% commercial
• Currency — tenge
• Advance payment — at least 15%
• Comprehensive insurance — at the customer's expense

Baiterek / KazAgroFinance & "Made in Kazakhstan"

• Term - up to 10 years
• The rate is 6% per annum
• Advance payment - from 0-15%
• Grace period - 1 year
• Limit: up to 205 million tenge and no more than 3 units of equipment per participant
• There is also a program with a preferential rate of 5% per annum with the first installment paid until December 2025, the total budget is 200 billion tenge.

KazAgroFinance (additional programs)

• Interest rate subsidy: final rate ~7% after taking into account the government subsidy (10%) of the initial rate (~17%)
• Investment subsidies: from 15–25% of the cost of the equipment (often used as a down payment or for early repayment)

Leasing of special equipment

Bcc Leasing

• Rate: from 19,8 % to 24,1 %, AEIR: 23–28 %
• Advance payment: от 0 до 50 %
• Term: from 13 to 60 months
• Subsidized by the Damu Fund

KazAgroFinance – «Made in Kazakhstan»

• Interest: 6% per annum, term up to 10 years
• Advance payment: from 15 %
• Limit: up to 3 pieces of equipment
• The first subsidy payment is possible after receiving the equipment

KazAgroFinance – "Preferred leasing"

• Interest: 5% per annum, term up to 7 years
• The first payment can be deferred until December 1, 2025.
• Program budget: 200 billion tenge

KazAgroFinance – without an advanced payment

• Advanced payment: 0 %
• Interest: 6% per annum, term up to 10 years
• There is a grace period of up to one year.

Industry Development Fund (IDF)

• Interest: 7% per annum, term up to 7 years
• Advance payment: from 15 %
• Grace period: up to one year.

The Damu program through Center Leasing

• AEIR rate: from 19,8 %, effective rate for the lessee — from 5%
• Term of Leasing: up to 84 months
• Financing up to 500 million tenge
